My release is on the wrong artist page. What do I do?
We are so sorry if your release has appeared on the wrong artist page. Don't worry, the DSPs usually fix these issues very quickly, and it will not affect your revenue or stream counts. Any revenue generated from streams accumulated while your music is incorrectly mapped will still be attributed to you.
In order to fix any mapping issues as quickly as possible, please reach out to us with the following information:

• Album Title / UPC
• Link(s) to incorrectly mapped music
• Link(s) to correct artist page(s). If you do not yet have an artist page, please indicate that

Someone else's music is on my profile. How can I remove it?
Incorrect artist mapping is a common issue that happens across the digital services and for all distributors. If you share a name with other artists, it is possible your release could be incorrectly mapped to another artist's page or even a brand new artist page. We can help get this removed from your profile. Please send us the following:
- Link to the product(s) incorrectly mapped
- Link to the page which the product must be removed from
- Affected Artist Name


Mapping Requests on Amazon Music ONLY:
Amazon prefers that artists reach out to them about mapping issues directly, rather than handling through their distributor. Please sign up as an artist at Amazon Music for Artists and you will be able to directly action any mapping requests there.


Can you merge my two accounts together?
Unfortunately, the DSPs do not allow artist pages to be merged, so we are not able to to do this for you.
